Claims to be a born again Christian, while he still is corrupt and dirty. His main choice of drugs for personal use was/is cocaine and methamphetamine.

Mr. Gus Kontopuls whom now owns and operates Elite Show Services With his brother Mr. John Kontopuls EliteShowServices.com - Mr. Gus Kontopuls along with his culprits, which includes at minimum a active Chula Vista Police Officer and a active San Diego Police Officer whom both used to work with Mr. Gus Kontopuls with a security company called Staff Pro Security formerly known as Event Management Security. In the 1980's and early 1990's Mr. Gus Kontopuls had an attraction to teenage girls that are eager to meet or see their favorite rock stars. His main choice of drugs for personal use was cocaine and methamphetamine.

Mr. Vinnie Campise owner of AtlasTickets.com in San Diego, California - Stayed silent of Mr. Bill Silvas crimes against children. Claims to be a born again Christian, while he still is corrupt and dirty. One of his Cocaine dealer/addict accomplices named Monty in San Diego, California goes around and points out ticket resellers (Scalpers) to Mr. Gus Kontopuls from Elite Show Services (Security) EliteShowServices.com, and waits for one of Mr. Gus Kontopuls culprits to take away the resellers/scalpers tickets and hand them to Monty, then Monty turns around and sells the tickets and they devide the money at the end of the night. Most if not all of the time they also take away any cash that you have on you. This was mostly done in the 1980's and early 1990's. If the ticket reseller/scalper was to complain right there and then, the security calls the Police and turn the reseller/scalper over to them, now the reseller/scalper has to go to court, and to jail at times. The Police knew what was going on because they were in on the scam (SDPD Officers Love, Cruze).

In the 1980's and the 1990's Mr. Tony Suiton and Mr. Gus Kontopuls both did steal tickets and cash from resellers/scalpers, but these two thieves/pedophiles did not get along with eachother, so it was always who would get the resellers/scalpers first. Mr. Tony Suiton still works at San Diego Sports Arena, and Mr. Gus Kontopuls after his departure from Staff Pro Security, formerly known as Event Management Security, now runs Elite Show Services (Security) with his brother Mr. John Kontopuls, and a handfull of his culprits that worked with him with Staff Pro Security, formerly known as Event Management Security (Pictured above).

Mr. Tony Suiton and/or his accomplices still steals tickets and cash (Lakers vs Nuggets - NBA exhibition game - Sold Out - October 23, 2009) from resellers/scalpers and still take bribes from Mr. Vinnie Campise and his accomplices and get the Police involved if he gets no tickets and or cash. I think it was in 2008 there was a rock concert at the San Diego Sports Arena (Slayer) and Mr. Tony Suiton demanded that I give him $20, and I told him FU, so he drove away in his golf cart and came back with a San Diego Police Sergeant and had him threaten me for reselling tickets. I'm not sure if the sergeant was aware of the scam or not. The Sergeant is male, black, thin, and drives a gray unmarked Police car. I'm not writing his name on here because I'm not sure of what he knew.

The Police have their own way of stealing tickets and cash from resellers/scalpers. Details coming soon.

Another way that these people linked to Mr. Vinnie Campise owner of Atlas Tickets AtlasTickets.com in San Diego, California eliminate competition is with major sporting events like the San Diego Chargers. The San Diego Chargers have a "Code of Conduct" rules for season ticket holders, where if a fan was to:

Excessive consumption of alcohol
Obscene, offensive or abusive language or actions
Fighting, or otherwise dangerous, abusive or profane behavior
Unruly or inconsiderate behavior
Indecent exposure or undressing
Wearing obscene or indecent clothing
Smoking, inside the stadium
Scalping or other improper resale of tickets
Interfering with security procedures
Interfering with the progress of the game, going onto the field or throwing any object onto the field or on the stadium premises.
Any action warranting eviction and/or confiscation of game tickets by SDPD or stadium security.

For any of the reasons above the season ticket can be forfeited partially or entirely for violations of the Code of Conduct. Lets assume the season ticket holder has 30 seats and that the person is reselling their tickets for every game, all Mr. Vinnie Campise owner of Atlas Tickets AtlasTickets.com in San Diego, California has to do is ask Mr. Gus Kontopuls to create problems and or make false allegations against the fan (It does not matter if the season ticket holder is in the seat or it is a guest). Another method that is used to eliminate competition is that a third party would buy tickets to the game from the season ticket holder on behalf of Mr. Vinnie Campise owner of Atlas Tickets AtlasTickets.com in San Diego, California and go to the game and create trouble in order for the season ticket holder to have problems.

Mr. John Pirample called me in October of 2009 and left messages on my phone that he is going to San Diego, California because he has FBI in his family there, and he will make sure that I will be deported out of the country, related to terrorism and crystal methamphetamine. Mr. John Pirample and his associates used to sell/provide me and my friends drugs when we were teenagers back in the 1980's which included crystal methamphetamine, and as far as his and his associates (Dede, Monty, Steve...) language of terrorism, I am going to shove that word down their throats in front of a US Judge, delusional A-Holes.

Since 9/11 I have been raided a few times at my hotel, for example at major sporting events like the Super Bowl, and I could not figure out why the Federal Government target me, now I have discovered that these A-Holes were making false allegations against me. After I got raided a night before the Super Bowl in 2003 The Feds told me that they kept getting calls about me, they were told that I may have a bomb in my room. There are active and retired people from law enforcement that work for Mr. John Kontopuls and Mr. Gus Kontopuls from Elite Show Services, plus they know many people from law enforcement that do not work for them, this is one of the main reasons that Mr. Vinnie Campise owner of Atlas Tickets AtlasTickets.com in San Diego, California, and his accomplices never really got in trouble for selling real or fake tickets in San Diego, California because Mr. Gus Kontopuls would tell Mr. Vinnie Campise and his accomplices if there was SDPD Vice working undercover at the event with descriptions of the Officers (Vice). Mr. Gus Kontopuls gets briefed by the law enforcement at any event that he handles if there is SDPD Vice.

Atlas, Elite, Dede, Monty, Steve, Tix Corp... all have used these avenues to convince law enforcement that I am a threat. Now its my turn to do the same with using truth. There is no way that these crooks, liars and pedophiles can pass a polygraph test.

Since Mr. Mitch Francis whom is the owner of Tix Corporation will not do anything about these ongoing hate crimes and threats, he is named as an associate, even though Mr. John Pirample was not with Tix Corporation in 2003. There are some simple things you can do to avoid buying counterfeiting tickets, and at the same time pay less than a broker would charge you out of their office or online sales (Stubhub, Ticketsnow and ebay).

Always buy tickets at the event from a ticket reseller (scalper). Scalpers get most of their tickets from brokers that could not sell their tickets, which means you save money.

Whenever you buy tickets from a scalper ask them to show you their identification card, then ask them if they are willing to hold the ticket next to their face while you take a picture. These days we all have a camera and or video cameras on our cell phones, and if you are video recording them ask them to speak about them selling you the ticket, and if the ticket is no good they are willing to refund you the money. Only honest ticket scalpers would be willing to do these things, and believe it or not most ticket scalpers are honest with their customers.

Concert Tickets Get Set Aside, Marked Up by Artists, Managers

Less than a minute after tickets for last August's Neil Diamond concerts at New York's Madison Square Garden went on sale, more than 100 seats were available for hundreds of dollars more than their normal face value on premium-ticket site TicketExchange.com. The seller Neil Diamond.

Ticket reselling -- also known as scalping -- is an estimated $3 billion-a-year business in which professional brokers buy seats with the hope of flipping them to the public at a hefty markup.

In the case of the Neil Diamond concerts, however, the source of the higher-priced tickets was the singer, working with Ticketmaster Entertainment Inc., which owns TicketExchange, and concert promoter AEG Live. Ticketmaster's former and current chief executives, one of whom is Mr. Diamond's personal manager, have acknowledged the arrangement, as has a person familiar with AEG Live, which is owned by Denver-based Anschutz Corp.

Selling premium-priced tickets on TicketExchange, priced and presented as resales by fans, is a practice used by many other top performers, according to people in the industry. Joseph Freeman, Ticketmaster's senior vice president for legal affairs, says that the company's "Marketplace" pages only rarely list tickets offered by fans.

The vast majority of tickets are sold by the artists and their promoters with the cooperation of Ticketmaster. In fact, he says that for any concert to which Ticketmaster carries so-called platinum seats, the Marketplace sells only artist-sanctioned tickets, not those resold by fans.

Though scalping tickets is legal in most states, the spiraling prices for tickets sold in the secondary market are frequently the target of ire from consumers, Congress and artists, all of whom say the practice takes advantage of fans while enriching third-party speculators.

Ticketmaster Chief Executive Irving Azoff said in an interview Tuesday that when ticket brokers resell tickets without permission from artists or promoters, it "drives up prices to fans, without putting any money in the pockets of artists or rights holders."

But Ticketmaster facilitates the secondary ticket market and profits from it. According to several managers of top artists and Ticketmaster executives, the company routinely offers to list hundreds of the best tickets per concert on one of its two resale Web sites -- and divides the extra revenue, which can amount to more than $2 million on a major tour, with artists and promoters.

These platinum seats are sold on Ticketmaster's TicketExchange, which describes itself as a marketplace for "fan-to-fan" transactions, using the slogan "Buy tickets. Sell tickets. It's that simple."

In addition to being Ticketmaster's CEO, Mr. Azoff also oversees the company's Front Line Management division, which handles the affairs of more musicians than any other competitor in the U.S. -- and represents Mr. Diamond. Ticketmaster is in the process of being acquired by concert promoter Live Nation Inc., an all-stock deal that is under intense regulatory scrutiny in part because it could affect competition in the music business, including the secondary ticket market.

Secondary ticket sales are viewed by Ticketmaster, concert promoters and artists as one of the biggest -- yet thorniest -- sources for revenue gains. In 2006, Ticketmaster launched TicketExchange in response to pressure put on its profit margins by secondary-ticket sellers such as StubHub. But in doing so, it opened the company to criticism by ticket brokers, fans and politicians, who accuse the ticketing giant of profiteering and obfuscation.

Ticketmaster is moving to distance itself from some parts of the secondary ticketing market. It is in the process of hiring an investment bank to try to sell another resale service, TicketsNow, according to people familiar with the matter.

Virtually every major concert tour today involves some official tickets that are priced and sold as if they were offered for resale by fans or brokers, but that are set aside by the artists and promoters, according to a number of people involved in the sales.

That includes recent tours by Bon Jovi, Celine Dion and Van Halen, and a current tour starring Billy Joel and Elton John. Spokesmen for Bon Jovi and Ms. Dion had no comment. A spokesman for Van Halen said that the band could not be reached. A booking agent for Messrs. Joel and John did not respond to requests for comment.

Tickets for a March 27 Britney Spears concert at Mellon Arena in Pittsburgh were priced earlier this week at $39.50 to $125 apiece on Ticketmaster.com. But some of those same classes of seats were being offered at the same time through the "TicketExchange Marketplace" for as much as $1,188.60. The link to the Marketplace page was marked, "Browse premium seats plus tickets posted by fans."

Ms. Spears' spokeswoman declined to comment.

The ticket listings are offered in small batches, each at a price, such as $1,164.01, that mimics prices set via online auctions. After inquiries from The Wall Street Journal, the "tickets posted by fans" message was removed from the TicketExchange Web site. Prices also fell, narrowing the gap between Ticketmaster and TicketExchange Marketplace.

Tickets that do not sell at the inflated platinum prices can also be moved between TicketExchange and Ticketmaster's lower-priced main inventory, without any signal to consumers that the ticket's status has been reduced.

Ticket brokers complain that artists sell their own tickets for inflated prices but rarely admit doing so, thus avoiding the appearance of gouging fans. "It's not fair for artists to hide behind Ticketmaster-TicketExchange," said Paul McCann, a broker near Baltimore. Ticketmaster says it is working to clarify the origin of tickets on TicketExchange. "It's cloudy and has to be cleaned up," Mr. Azoff said.

Bruce Springsteen recently decried a recent incident in which his fans were directed without his permission from Ticketmaster to TicketsNow.com, which caters to ticket brokers.

"As a matter of policy we do not ever release tickets to the secondary ticket market nor do we ever accept payment from them," said his manager, Jon Landau. Ticketmaster has said the incident was a mistake.

Ticketmaster says TicketExchange shouldn't be considered scalping. It says the site's "goal is to give the most passionate fans fair and safe access to the best tickets."

In a meeting last May with more than 100 ticket brokers, Ticketmaster's then-chief executive, Sean Moriarty, acknowledged that the ticketing giant had used TicketExchange to sell 160 Neil Diamond tickets over two shows at marked-up prices.

"That's a choice up to Neil and management," Mr. Moriarty said. He did not respond to messages left on his cell phone requesting comment.

"It's our job to make our clients aware of every opportunity that exists," Mr. Azoff, who is Mr. Diamond's manager, said in an interview last year.

Testifying before the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Courts and Competition Policy last month, Mr. Azoff said he believes the secondary market is currently flawed. "We agree that this model is broken," he told the panel, "and it needs a solution."

Comment:

The article above does prove that Ticketmaster and concert promoters do engage in reselling tickets for profit with or without the performers knowledge. The reason this has come to light is because of Stubhub and ebay reporting ticket sales to the government for tax purposes.

In the past Ticketmaster and promoters have always spoken out against ticket resellers and they still do just to disguise that they are racketeering for profit and they engage in the shady world of counterfeiting tickets.

I've stated to some of you privately and publicly before also that it seems that in term of the professional sports the little folks, who made professional teams what they are, are no longer in a position to buy tickets especially when you're talking about a winning team; and that in the case of concerts, it seems that any tickets are available at the face value of the ticket. I cited a couple of instances in which that occurred last year. I think in terms of the Neil Diamond concert, I think the tickets may have been $30 or $40. There was no way that anybody including corporate president and friends could get them for less than $150."

Robert Leonard, 70, a Creator of Ticketmaster

Robert Anthony Leonard, whose technical expertise and marketing prowess helped create the worldwide Ticketmaster machine that opens doors to well over 150,000 events a year, died March 12 in San Diego. He was 70 and lived in La Jolla, Calif.

A frequent visitor to San Diego State University, he apparently had a heart attack on the way to a seminar at the university's Entrepreneurial Management Center, his family said.

Mr. Leonard was present at the beginning of Ticketmaster, a little more than 20 years ago in Phoenix. Offering professional computer skills and management expertise, he teamed with a handful of college students to put into practice their ideas for an advanced box office.

Together they founded Ticketmaster in 1980, with Mr. Leonard as president and chief executive. Under his guidance, the team developed the computerized phone service that defined the company and overtook an established competitor, Ticketron.

He was credited with recognizing the concept's potential and charting a course that made Ticketmaster the international leader. He spent the early years in Phoenix and helping to establish branches in Chicago, Florida, Southern California and Seattle.

Ticketmaster gained an edge by automating box offices and selling tickets to events that did not have their own outlets. It registered its first coup when it contracted with the San Diego Sports Arena in 1985. It bought Ticketron in 1990 and moved into Europe with Time Warner Music as a partner.

Mr. Leonard oversaw the company's expansion overseas with the opening of an office in London, where, in 1994, the company sold tickets for Pink Floyd concerts and the spring flower shows in Chelsea and Hampton Court.

Ticketmaster, now based in Los Angeles, went public in 1996 and was recently bought by USA Interactive. Mr. Leonard stepped down as a senior executive after it went public but was a consultant until last December. By then, Ticketmaster's annual revenue exceeded $2 billion. It sold tickets all over the Americas, Europe and Australia, to theaters, sports arenas, or just about anyplace that charged for admission.

Mr. Leonard was born in Watertown, Mass., graduated from Boston College with a degree in mathematics in 1954 and received a master's in applied mathematics and computer science at M.I.T. in 1958. He also studied at Harvard Business School.

He worked for several companies, specializing in computers and communications. They included ITT, where he was a vice president in the data services division in the early 1960's. Before he joined the new tickets venture in Phoenix, he ran his own marketing consulting firm for high-technology businesses.

Mr. Leonard is survived by his wife, Maura Breen Leonard; three daughters, Julie Leonard, of Manhattan; Margaret Leonard, of La Jolla; and Nancy Leonard-Ansell, of Seattle; two sons, Robert, of Wakefield, Mass., and John, of Las Vegas; a sister, Cynthia Breen, of Northampton, Mass.; a brother, Peter, of Framingham, Mass.; and two grandsons.

This company has operated in the "hope" of a monopoly back when they bid $1,000,000 a year to put Tickets2Nite out of business in 2007. They pay 87k for about 300 square feet which was 5x the former rent. At that time their stock was close to $8 since they thought (and some in Vegas) that they would be the only discount company in town. My "guess" is they are paying 40-50k a month for their new location at Bill's which they again overbid to try and force a monopoly. Most hotels and producers have refused to sign their exclusives and their 5 year and 3 year leases will kill the bottom line very soon. There is one other major company in town with 6 locations and a huge competitor that is opening anyday!! This will kill the "brick & mortar" and "monopoly play" and this company will probably need bankruptcy restructering to attempt to reduce liabilities or just sell any little assets they have. Also 30M for "Goodwill" is way overrated. People don't care what name brand they buy their tickets from (nor do most know their name) as long as at discount. The major holders which own 59% can't sell because it will kill the stock price/market cap, they use their market cap (once at 165m) for loans and to purchase other money making businesses.

Get out now....or hold like the Majors and watch your stock go down penny by penny. The only way to make money on TIXC is day trading, there is a major pattern...look for it!

In San Diego, California there is a very well known annual music festival called Street Scene. I went to the event for the first time in the 1980's to see if the event is sold out or not and if there is a demand for tickets to be resold at a profit, and there was nothing but a demand for tickets, but I had no tickets.

I soon started to see San Diego Police Officers (SDPD) along with security (Mr. Gus Kontopuls and his accomplices) chasing ticket resellers/scalpers alleging that there are counterfeit tickets being sold among ticket resellers/scalpers on the street, and it did not matter if the tickets were real or not, the SDPD and Mr. Gus Kontopuls and his accomplices were going after them. I was sitting outside a coffee shop drinking tea and watching all the foot chase, and when I say foot chase I mean foot chase with tackling ticket resellers/scalpers on the ground and abusing them at times, which was and is common among Mr. Gus Kontopuls and his accomplices. I was searched for tickets while I was drinking tea. A couple of accomplices of Mr. Vinnie Campise (Monty and David) were pointing out ticket resellers/scalpers to Mr. Gus Kontopuls, and Mr. Gus Kontopuls knew who some of the ticket resellers/scalpers were already because he and his accomplices had stolen tickets and or cash at prior events from them, which includes being arrested and taken to county jail, which includes me.

There was a handfull of ticket resellers/scalpers that did not have to worry about being chased or getting caught, and they were all white guys, bassicly it was Mr. Vinnie Campise and his accomplices whom were actually the ones knowingly selling counterfeit tickets to the event, but their tickets all made it through the gate with no problems.

Mr. Gus Kontopuls whom was the security supervisor had placed his accomplices at the gate as ticket takers, and they knew what to look for on the tickets to make sure that only the counterfeit tickets that were manufactured by Mr. Vinnie Campise would make it through the gate. This was a huge money maker for them, and I'm talking huge. Back then there was no bar code on tickets.

Mr. Tony Suiton from San Diego Sports Arena (SanDiegoArena.com) and LiveNation.com has done the same thing several times. For example, an annual February event at San Diego Sports Arena is called "Tribute to The Reggae Legends - Bob Marley Day San Diego", and at this event the show is all general admission (GA) with two categories, one is floor GA and the other is seat GA. There were barcodes on the tickets, but very conveniently the decision maker for the San Diego Sports Arena decided not to lease barcode scanners from Ticketmaster, even though this show has been counterfeited every year in the past.

In February of 2000 Mr. Tony Suiton made sure that counterfeit tickets that he was making money on was making it through the doors, even though there were two Ticketmaster officials standing at entrance doors making sure that counterfeit tickets were not making it in the doors. There are four main entrances at San Diego Sports Arena, so the two Ticketmaster officials can only work one or two doors at a time, and Mr. Tony Suiton and his accomplices were keeping an eye on which doors they were at, at all times. Show was Sold Out, and there was a big demand for tickets. I had bought several tickets in advance anticipating to make a profit, but Mr. Tony Suiton and his accomplices did not like that, they wanted me to pay them bribes, so I just stayed off the Sports Arena property and sold my tickets.

Ticketmaster officials did catch several counterfeit tickets that night, so Mr. Tony Suiton and his accomplices decided to point the finger at me to the San Diego Police that I was selling counterfeit tickets, and it was believable because five alleged victims identified me as the person that sold them counterfeit tickets. Scum bags like Mr. Vinnie Campise, Mr. Tony Suiton, Mr. Gus Kontopuls, Etc. they have a few techniques which includes having a third party accuse others of selling counterfeit tickets, or having a third party sell ticket resellers/scalpers stolen or counterfeit tickets in order for them to have legal problems.

These people have made big money on counterfeit tickets, for example the "Bob Marley Day Show " in 2000 the fans were paying on the average $80 per GA floor ticket, and $60 per GA seat ticket. If five people sell 100 counterfeit tickets each, your looking at about 30 to $40,000 just for that one night.

Mr. Gus Kontopuls covered his tracks of making large sums of cash through a mortgage banking and investment company "Kontopuls Financial Group" which his brother Mr. John Kontopuls is the owner, but close sources have told me that Mr. John Kontopuls had only tought his brother how to cover his tracks.

Kontopuls Financial Group was started in or around 1991, which about two or three years later Mr. Gus Kontopuls was being investigated by the US Federal Government. No known charges was filed against Mr. Gus Kontopuls or his brother Mr. John Kontopuls.

Mr. Vinnie Campise and his accomplices did not only sell counterfeit tickets for Street Scene for several years in San Diego, but any event that Mr. Gus Kontopuls and or his accomplices was working at where the event had a general admission area as tickets, for example the annual Buick Invitational PGA tournament in La Jolla, California.

Mr. Vinnie Campise and his accomplices were able to sneak in several people into the Super Bowl XXXVII on January 23, 2003 in San Diego, California by manufacturing counterfeit NFL tailgate party passes. They would put a real Super Bowl ticket around the customers neck and hand them a counterfeit NFL tailgate party pass for the tent (from the NFL tent there was an entrance into the game), and thats where culprits of Mr. Gus Kontopuls (Law Enforcement - Dirty Cops) would allow these people to sneak in (Escorted), once the customers were in the stadium, Mr. Vinnie Campise or his accomplices would take the Super Bowl tickets back, collect their money, and then go outside and do it again. They did not look for customers outside at all, they already had all of their customers in advance, waiting on or around Friars Road (Street name).

Mr. Vinnie Campise uses counterfeit and or stolen Super Bowl tickets (false police reports) for tax write offs. He also made claims (false police reports - Omni Tickets International) that he has been robed of high priced major event tickets and or bought counterfeit (Super Bowl 1988) - It was a inside job, but I do not know if the owners (Brittany Ticket Enterprises - Corporation) were in on it.

Two accomplices of Mr. Vinnie Campise (Dede and Monty whom keep calling the FBI on me) moved to Cleveland, Ohio to work for Mr. John Pirample whom was the owner of a ticket agency that was started in San Diego, California "Ideal Ticket Agency", which was changed to Any Event AnyEvent.com, which is now owned by Tix Corporation (Nasdaq TIXC) and they (Dede and Monty) sold counterfeit tickets to many events there and abroad. Today Mr. John Pirample works with Tix Corporation (Nasdaq TIXC), and based on my conversations with him in October of 2009, I believe he has not changed for the better.

According to City of San Diego Tax records, both Omni Tickets International and Ideal Ticket Agency had an expiration date of 1990. Atlas Tickets right now is located at 3320 Kemper Street, San Diego, California and according to several business address services, today in November of 2009 Any Event AnyEvent.com is located at the same address 3320 Kemper Street, San Diego, California (http://www.superpages.com/bp/San-Diego-CA/Any-Event-Tickets-L2062733933.htm) which was the same address that Ideal Ticket Agency used.

There are other methods in the past and today that these so called ticket brokers, security guards and law enforcement Officers/Deputies/Special Agents use to sell counterfeit tickets, which I will write about in the near future.

Today some of the accomplices of Mr. Gus Kontopuls are working for the government in law enforcement as Officers, Deputies and Special Agents.

Denial of realities and disregard for the facts are the problems, they can keep telling the FBI and the Police their BS about terrorism.

Today we the people have a voice on the internet.
